ARTISTIC PROJECTS

Clarinet Meets Fado reimagines the soul of Portuguese fado through the voice of the clarinet. Joined by two outstanding guitarists, Vítor Fernandes brings new colours and perspectives to some of Portugal's most beloved melodies, creating a program that is both deeply rooted in tradition and strikingly personal.

Clarinet Meets Fado

Echoes & Origins explores a fascinating musical dialogue between Johannes Brahms and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor through two remarkable clarinet quintets. Separated by generation and background, both composers found in the clarinet a voice of intimacy, reflection, and individuality. A program about legacy, influence, and the courage to forge one's own artistic path.

Echoes & Origins

From Leipzig to Naples follows the clarinet's journey through late-Romantic Europe. From German lyricism and Irish elegance to Italian operatic brilliance, this program reveals the instrument as both singer and storyteller, offering a vivid portrait of the clarinet at the height of the Romantic imagination.

From Leipzig to Naples

Weber Reimagined is a cross-European artistic initiative currently in development. The project explores the possibility of pairing Carl Maria von Weber's three iconic works for clarinet and orchestra with newly commissioned responses by contemporary composers, creating a dialogue across two centuries of musical imagination.
